Interval Training

If you have more time, there’s another option: a 45-minute class based on interval training. This involves a series of varied bodyweight exercises, both simple and complex, that challenge your endurance, cardiovascular fitness and strength, no matter your physical level. The format of the class changes slightly every week to focus on various aspects of fitness.
